From September 4 to 8, 2025, the international trade fair Maison&Objet returns to Paris with an edition focused on innovation and emerging creativity. Among the highlights of this year’s event are the Factory Spaces, thematic zones spread across several halls, designed to spotlight young, up-and-coming brands in design, home decor, lifestyle, and craftsmanship.
The Factory Spaces are part of Maison&Objet’s broader commitment to nurturing new talent, alongside flagship programs like the Rising Talent Awards and Future On Stage. These curated areas provide young companies with strategic visibility and professional support, helping them connect with buyers, distributors, and industry influencers from around the world.
In partnership with Ulule, Europe’s leading crowdfunding platform, two Factory spaces showcase innovative brands launched through public support. In Hall 4’s Cook & Share section, visitors will discover OSCO, a brand reinventing non-alcoholic aperitifs, and Les Petits Architectes, creators of a child-safe kitchen knife. In Hall 7’s Gift & Play area, brands like Fabli, a screen-free educational audio player, and Dr. Jonquille & Mr. Ail, which promotes eco-friendly gardening, highlight the diversity of new ideas.
The City of Paris joins the fair to promote brands awarded the “Fabriqué à Paris” label. From SŒUR & MER’s ocean-inspired recycled metal jewelry to Atelier Penso’s upcycled leather goods and Possery’s sustainable fashion, these brands embody a commitment to local, ethical, and artisanal production. The initiative aims to bring manufacturing back to the heart of the city and celebrate Parisian craftsmanship.
Maison&Objet offers six young designers, previously featured in Paris Design Week Factory, a turnkey space in the Design District (Hall 5A). This opportunity allows them to structure their commercial offering, test production capabilities, and engage with the B2B market.
New in 2025, the Factory by Émergence space (Hall 4) highlights emerging French brands in tableware and culinary products. Supported by the Confédération des Arts de la Table and Francéclat, this initiative aims to energize the sector by showcasing creativity and differentiation.
Running concurrently with the fair, Paris Design Week Factory takes over five venues in the Marais district. Featuring 150 designers from 30 countries, the event explores collectible design, craft design, and Design in China. Curated by the Meet Met Met collective, this edition offers a deep dive into the future of design.
